We can provide services to self-managed and plan-managed participants. Our NDIS services include, but are not limited to:

  • Individual OT Appointments and Interventions as required, based on referral information. 
  • Completion of Functional Assessments to inform plan reviews. 
  • Prescription of Assistive Technology (AT), including assessment and t

We can provide services to self-managed and plan-managed participants. Our NDIS services include, but are not limited to:

  • Individual OT Appointments and Interventions as required, based on referral information. 
  • Completion of Functional Assessments to inform plan reviews. 
  • Prescription of Assistive Technology (AT), including assessment and trial, completion and submission of AT applications. 
  • Functional assessments to assist with NDIS applications and planning meetings.
  • SDA and SIL assessments.

We can provide support to those on a HCP this includes: 

- Neurological and Physical functional training. 

- In home support.

  • General assistive devices – Reachers, Dressing Aids, Cutlery.

Outback Tracks Therapy is located in the Bunbury, South West - Western Australia. Outback Tracks is willing to travel within the South West region to Albany upwards of Perth and in-between. Outback Tracks is happy to travel to remote locations with discussion. Telehealth is a viable option to explore for participants pending on their own choice. 

Outback Tracks Therapy offers a variety of Occupational Therapy support to adults who have experienced an injury or disability that is limiting their capacity at a fulfilling life. Outback Tracks work collaboratively with those to identify goals to work towards in a holistic and meaningful approach. Ensuring that each individual experiences the joy in occupation once more. 

Outback Tracks Therapy has over 7 years experience working with those in regional and remote environments across Australia. We understand the challenges of regional and remote service delivery and want to challenge the normal for better client outcomes.  Outback Tracks Therapy works with adults experiencing general, neurological and physical conditions. 


This is not limited to the below: 

  • Upper limb Rehab
  • Cognitive Rehabilitation
  • Retraining of Visual/Perceptual Skills
  • Functional ADL assessment and retraining
  • Equipment prescription 
  • Application of remedial and therapeutic principles
  • Application of compensatory principles as required
  • Education and specific condition advice
  • SIL and SDA assessments 

Outback Tracks provides specialised Occupational Therapy services to those living in regional and remote areas. We offer a patient-focused approach, working collaboratively to deliver tailored outcomes. Therapy can be delivered in many means in which is more suitable to the person. Outback Tracks will travel to you regardless of the distance.

Outback Tracks Therapy Services works with those who are self managed or plan managed NDIS participants. Unfortunately at this point, we do not accept agency managed participants. We also welcome referrals beyond the NDIS and have experience working with those who have a 'HCP' Home Care Package or are a private paying client.
